Annapolis/Washington DC helicopter tours

I'm looking to get a wedding present for some friends who live in Annapolis. I'd like to get them a helicopter trip for four people. My preference is for a charter rather than a standard tour. Who has good machines (EC120/130/B206L) and who are you happy to recommend in the area ?

You could try Helicopter High at Martin State Airport (quite close to Anapolis). Don't know if they still exist but I did some hour building there some time ago (and remember flying over Anapolis). h-r

Rather pricy (esp. for an R44), but there's one option here.

I would not recommend 'boot camp helicopters'. It is a one-man operation, who can only take one passenger, and the individual has a rather 'shaky' history.

I would go for

Advanced Helicopter Concepts

(i have no connection with them)

I flew with Advanced several years ago and would thoroughly recommend them. They only had robbos though so no chance for 4+1 but no harm in giving them a call as they might have a 120 or 206 available.

Cheers,
John

Thanks everyone. I was beginning to think there was an exclusion zone around there.

AHC does have a 206 available. PM me if you want me to point you to the people to talk to.
