Engineer shortages cont.?

With the slow demise it seems of Longmint has this thrown any engineers on the market?
I know my local maintainer is desperate for additional rotary wing qualified staff.

I think you'll find that no-one walked out "unprepared" as they probably knew there would be no buffer zone/money.
