Best advice I can give is hit the road and visit every school you can... The markets tough right now, with most schools having too high a cfi/student ratio as it is. That combined with the surplus of >200 hour CFIIs from silverstate with at least a little bit of experience instructing. Where did you train? Why didn't they hire you?
