Its two spanner nuts & tang washers on the mast at the bottom of the gear spool.
a couple of which came adrift prior to it being mandated, "return to factory for o'haul."

one here caused nothing more than a bit of pucker tucker, it being happening at about eight feet -Caloundra - if memory serves me at all, the other I don't remember where what or etc.

the gingerbeers used to say -'Frank says no loctite, but you're not allowed onto Daytona without every friggin nut bein' locktited."

not being a gingerbeer I just took their word for it.
