Johe02 - Snap! Only I was 48 and the women were about the age of my daughter!

I felt elated and disgusted with myself at the same time

Today ......

Doing stuck controls for the first time and landing with my cyclic hand on my knee.

Yeah, I know the cyclic was stuck "in the the right place". But it was a buzz to work those secondary effects to my advantage for once.

Flying along the space shuttle landing runway at Canaveral in Florida at 500 feet - pre September 11th 2001. Blew my mind as a low hours trainee.
I used to fly for US Fish & Wildlife part time---they own Merritt Island which is where Cape Canaveral is..... I lit a controlled fire there back in 05 or 06--forget which now, but we burnt all around launch pad 39---will try to find pictures.
