Fast Helicopters - A new start

Hi all,

My name Is James Morrey and I was one of the unfortunate flight instructors caught up in the sad and rapid demise of Fast Helicopters.

Much has happened in the last few weeks, but I am glad to say that myself and Spencer Phillips (former CFI at Fast) have now setup a new rotary flight school at Shoreham. Along with Ian MacGregor's support as an examiner and consultant, we are now operating Advance Helicopters from the Fast Helicopters hangar.

We'd like to thank everybody for their recent support, and look forward to working with many of you in the future.

Best regards to all.
James

BigJim - Congratulations on your new venture. I empathise as I was an instructor at Sterling to the end and I also have started a new training school, with two others, to fill the gap. Virage Helicopter Academy is now up and running with a S300CBi and we are very grateful for the support of the ex Sterling students who have come onboard. I wish you all luck at Advance Helicopters.

Swapshop - We are based at Beccles Airfield in Suffolk and welcome anyone who is in the area and wants to call in for a coffee.

Regards

Dave.

Five years ago, Spencer was the instructor who gave me a trial helicopter lesson at Shoreham. Wishing success to him and the Advance team. Some dreams do come true...
