Well a base in Somerset/Devon/Cornwall with a twin with gyro camera and sliding doors with 130 kt cruise ability and take up to 6 pax, that narrows it down. Looks like Castle Air could do but will need a 109 Power to do it with, not sure anything else gets close !

Yes,
Given that they talk about possible contract extensions into Wales, Scotland, etc it seems a strange requirement to have the base in SW England even if their target woodlands are in the south!
