HEMS Operations Manual
Hi there
We are a very small company conducting a 'Flying Doctor Service' and Emergency Medical Service in remote equatorial corner of the planet and I am trying to write our Operations Manual. I have had a good look on line and found a little info but would be very grateful for something more substantial on HEMS Operations that I can adapt for what we do.

I know this thread is kind of old, but I have the same problem and if somebody had a JAR.OPS3 ops manual for HEMS I would be very happy if they were willing to share a copy.
It will not just be "copied" but we need to know how such a manual looks like at all.
