turbomeca arriel 2B engine overspeed

pls does anybody know any experience of engine overspeed happening with arriel 2B or 2B1?

I never had one but I know of several for the 2B engine. Most of the cases were pilot error. You can find several examples if you do a search in the NTSB database for AS350 accidents.
