Event Landing/Handling Fees

Is it my imagination or are these getting worse.

Doncaster races, £200, no facilities, fuel, transport, toilets etc

Goodwood £300, facilities good but most expensive fuel in the world. Operators beware if you cancel or can't get there through weather they will still charge you.

Celtic manor £185 , no parking , no fuel. and they'll charge you another £185 to come back and pick up your pax

oh and by the way, cardiff heliport has imposed a handling fee of £75 per movement (ie £150) on top of their landing fee's for the weekend.

Yep

Blatant profiteering. I've no objection to a fee for a service provided, but thats ridiculous. There is no way I could get away with a similar charging mechanism to my customers. Not unless I didn't want any customers..
