Any FAA guys been through CPL, IR CAAC conversion?

Anybody have any information on the CAAC regs. Are they similar to the FARs, type ratings only required >12500lbs or like JAR, individual ratings placed on pilots certificate.

Do you know what is the flight time requirement for the conversion?
