WA Police: new Dauphin

I see the WA Police have ordered a new Dauphin N3+ for delivery next year: will it replace or supplement the BK117?

From what I hear, needless to say it wasn't the preferred PAW choice: politics/beancounters prevailed?

From what I'm to understand (and I could be wrong...) it is in addition to what they already have.
