Sea Launch Bell 230 - what company?

I read in HeliOps issue, going back 2004/5, about a California based operator that had a fleet of 230, 206L4, and 407 for a variety of tasks from firefighting, underslung and support of the Boeing Sea Launch project. The company supplied a Bell 230 but for the life of me, I can't remember the operators name!!
Does anyone know who this operator is?

Cheers

Air Resources? The Sea Launch 230 is up for sale I've seen.

That 407 they had was quite the sight to see on fires...
