Sea King at Swansea's Morriston Hospital

Had to pull over to watch this machine on the new pad at Morriston Hospital this morning as it was waiting for what looked like two medicas and a stretcher. It took off again after they returned to the +helicopter at around 8:55am heading in the direction of North Devon. The aircraft was ZH544. Anybody know what it was doing? I assume it was a casualty deleivery.
