Anyone know of a landing site near Stanstead? Stanstead is too pricey; Audley end doesn't like helis: Broxted no longer has a site; Nuthampstead is a bit far away. I need to get to just North of Stanstead Mountfitchet tomorrow!! Help!

Andrewsfield is close but out of my office window I can see the Stansted 04 numbers one way and Street Farm Takely the other. That is where the UK Rotorway people are and I believe it may be a licensed site. Perhaps if you ask nicely ????

I used to have an office in Stansted village and landed at these guys works, HOWEVER they were at that time across the road (better check is the address that's coming up now is right). It was mega-tight for an R22 however.

If they have moved, this looks much better.

Google Maps

I think it was Ron I used to speak to and i gave him a fly about once. Worth a call, tell him Rob says hi.
