FAA testing center UAE

Thanks in advance for any light that may be shed....

There was, in the not too distant past, an FAA testing center in Dubai. I'm unable to locate it on either the Lasergrade or Cats websites--does anyone know if it still exists, and if so what the name of the organization is?

It's in the Emirates Training centre right next to the Garhoud Bridge. The helicopter guy is Bob Klepper who works for CAE.

It's actually the CAE-Emirates Joint Venture centre. If you have an appointment or a course to attend, the security will know you are coming. You will be issued a visitors ID and allowed in, just like any facility in any other part of the world. Bob Klepper is still there AFAIK.
