High Nose Up Attitude of AW139

High Nose Up Attitude of AW139
I have just seen some video of the an AW139, it appeared to sit very high nose up in the hover. Is this a problem when carrying out OEI running landings? or was the aircraft poorly loaded?
Does the aircraft have a tail low warning system or limits for approach and landing?
Do all 139 sit the the same way? Oil n Gas, SAR, Exec?

Aircraft attitude does not cause problems ..... if you know what your doing!
SAR a/c possibly fly a little more level due weight of fixed kit (winch fit) ?? don't really know ...."Griffothefog" could answer that Q better than I ...
Run ons not a problem ....
The only tail height warning system fitted is ...'the pilot'.
Certainly aircraft attitude is no worse than other higher speed helicopters that are around ... eg Sk76 etc

Nose Up Attitude and the TAWS

The TAWS provides a 'TAIL LOW' audio warning based on attitude and hover height.
Run ons no problem and the nose up attitude on touch down (not more than 15 deg NU - 10 is ideal) will allow aerodynamic braking if maintained. This can be used to good effect in a 'pedal seized' scenario where a run-on can be accomplished and then deceleration achieved without having to lower the lever which would cause the aircraft to veer off the runway and possibly roll over.
Remember you cannot apply the toe brakes until the collective is fully down. If you do the wheels will lock and you are likely to blow a tyre.

Has anybody been operating the 139 with NVGs? Any tips, concerns or general suggestions. Does the reduced vis out the front on final for say a winch/CA create any issues?
