GOM Rumour!

Recent buzzes suggest Bristow is involved in negotiations with Seacor about buying/merging with ERA Aviation.

ERA a while back was sold by Rowan Drilling to Seacor who operate a large fleet of Oil Rig Support Boats and other offshore Oil equipment/services.

After that sale....ERA merged with TexAir.

At the time, Neil Osborne (ex-Bristow) was GM of TexAir.

Bristow(Air Log) are unionized, ERA is not.

Both Bristow (Air Log) and ERA have Alaska operations.

ERA shed its Alaska Airline Operation during the sale to Seacor.

Wonder if and how this all shakes out?
