Only heard about this yesterday and this morning had it confirmed the co-pilot is the same 'Sam' Holmes I know and used to work for. Terrible, terrible news. My condolences to all.
Spoke with Sam just a while ago. Had a loose plan to do some flying together, as you do, and, of course, we planned a beer together to sort out dates.
