It's been a long time coming, here it is. follow the prompts via "Public quotations and Tenders" from the NT Dept of Health and Families. number D09-0571

Structured to provide flexibility of operation and tender,and to operate at arms length from the dept. which is about time.
Quote with or without your fixed wing brethren, however the main work is fixed wing, and organisation of such. all the best.
Will post over in the neighbour as well which I assume is the best F/W dept.
