Love that quote about the aircraft not putting fires out they just slow it down for the groundies to put it out. Good on ya for that comment. Its a team effort and one I have seen many a time.
Hats off to all you guys working on the fires. Hope you get a break over Xmas time so you can spend it with your families.

It's ironic that the population loathes bushfires but it could make or break an operator, and besides, pilot jobs are at stake.
