alignment check figures

When checking the alignment on a helicopter, in this case a Lynx. Does anyone know what Q1, Q2, K1 and K2 stand for? Or what they are figures for?

Many thanks Ronnie Barker

All those figures are for the experts who know what they're doing.

Look in the alignment check section of the maintenance manual, should have diagrams/pics etc

They are probably dimension distances or ref points to measure from/ to. Look in the maintenance manual (or whatever AP it's called nowadays) in the section for alignment checking the aircraft. If you need a clue, look in the section for actions after a heavy landing and it should refer you to alignment checks.

Or phone your friendly IPT support.
