Weight Limits.

Can anyone tell me if their company imposes a weight limit on pilots prior to hiring and subsequently? If yes, how is it enforced?
Need to know from all but essentially from the US guys.
Thanks,
Alt3.

Air Methods Corp. has not enforced a pilot weight limit.

Weight limit on all crewmembers, but it's enforced rarely, if at all. The theoretical limit is 220, but since it's difficult if not impossible to find anyone that light, they have an effectively unlimited time to get down to it. The limit is needed because of payload restrictions, but i don't know how long it will be before it's actually enforced, if ever.
