Time X = Time, or life expired = Not Flying, Cant Fly, Illegal to Fly!
Out of Hours = No Flying time left = Not Flying, cant fly, illegal to fly!
Just what part of that do you think or feel might/may be flying?

This is another of the OP's monthly requests for a timed-out Robbie - I suspect he means, "in working order" rather than "flying" as opposed to be a clapped out old wreck.
