Imaging systems EO/IR
Hi Guys,
whilst I am not an Elicopter pilot, I have a strong interest in EO/IR systems and the mapping systems associated with them. I am a fixed wing operator that has some experience in these matters though mainly only with one main type of gimbal, and a lesser amount with another type that I am finding very good so far.
This is not a 'what's the best' question, but really more of a 'what are the strongest points' of some of the better 14/15" inch cameras. this is not just ENG camera stuff but serious IR capablity and compatability with the 7100 series mapping as well. I am also interested in MW down link options as well. also have some experience in this field though havn't found the optimal one for our work to date, price is some consideration, though not the ultimate one.
I hope that this is not already covered by a sticky, or if it is will some one re-direct me. I did look but am not a frequenter of this part of pprune.
