Interesting website / pdf on the S-92 operating costs with a full breakdown per system. Has anyone seen anything similar for the Chinook?

The fifth page of the S-92A document your link , dating from 2003 (after FAA certification and early orders had been placed) is very interesting and could well feature in TSB's investigation:
"30-minute drive system after oil leak"

I saw that also but I believe they are refering to an oil leak which is stopped by use of the Oilcooler bypass - no mention of run dry.
I am sure the lawyers will all earn enough for new very expensive cars as they argue the point.
I want to know where they get 2 pilots for $82653 US a year total (41326.50 each including benifits - the mind boggles ) and then have them fly 800 hrs!
I also want some of that $1.50 USD fuel!

I believe the advertised figure is around £16000 per hour for a RAF Chinook, though this takes into account the costs of entire infrastructure (cooks to feed pilots etc) and is divided up over flying hours.
Not sure that's what you need. But average fuel burn is roughly 1000-1200Kgs per hour if that helps.
On the subject of gear boxes, I know of an occasion off the coast of Bahrain when the combiner dumped its entire contents in the cabin and ran dry for the 5-10 minutes it took to get over dry land. No damage to gearbox assembly. Boeing do make a robust aircraft!

Thanks guys. I am really interested in the Avionics support cost per hour vs the rest of the aircraft as the S-92 seems very low. I wondered if the Chinook was the same...
