Looks like a Bell 212 with pop out floats.

Very sad & tragic accident.

Obviously that photo pertains to a different accident. I seem to remember a B-212 that crashed in Northern Spain in 2007. The uniform of the policeman in the background looks like the one used by Police Forces in the Basque Country, where that crash happened.

Coyotair indeed operates 2 B-3's and a B-2 in Perú.

RIP to the crew.

Accident investigation agency

I think we all hope the accident investigation agency of Peru will perform as required, and as mandated by the law, but maybe that agency lacks the guts to do it right (this affirmation per their previous behaviours).

Unfortunately, in this and any industry we must learn from past errors, and any accident should serve to avoid future accidents, consequently to save lives.

To the crew, RIP, we will keep an eye open to the investigation.
