Irish Helicopter Competition

Does any body know how the Irish helicopter competition went on at Enniskillen last weekend? I hear they have not decided who has won it yet.

There was a competiton on the 20th and 21st sept. This is the linkhttp://www.ihop.ie/Heli%20Challenge%20Invitation.pdf

Not heard anybody mention it other than I understand the results are not out yet. Could it be Irish hospitality got in the way?

Heli Challenge 2009

Helidogger

The results where declared and winners presented with their trophies at the event prizegiving which was held at the Lough Erne Golf Resort after the close of activities on Sunday 20th September.

Could I ask how did you hear that the winners had not been decided yet??
The winners and all the guys there didnt have that view last Sunday!!!

Maybe someone was messing with you.

Heli Challenge 2009

I was indeed there. It was a fantastic weekend. Weather was excellent for the end of September and the quality of the flying and the machines there was exceptional.

Are you perhaps confusing the Heli comp with the SAR competition for the replacement Irish service? Now that hasn't been decided and would have been a topic of conversation at helitech.

Just a thought.
