Jar Ops Appeal

My understanding of AMC (acceptable means of compliance) is exactly that-AMC is AMC..!
Should a relevant Authority disagree with your interpretation of AMC (and for that matter JAR OPS 3 material) is their a means to appeal to Europe (EASA) for a final decision??

No, your Operations manual complaint to Ops-3 is approved by your NAA, it has nothing to do with Europe. You would need to challenge it through domestic steps.

What is/was the issue (the AMC) Lipgo?

Perhaps there is no need to kick over the wasp's nest.
