It must be economic reasons, I am aware they have been rationing the hours they allow their machines to fly quite significantly.
Yes, lets hope one appears for the 20th, it would be interesting to see. I do know they sent alouette 3's previously to the UK for shows.

Alouette III's now retired from Irish AAC but AW139's would be a welcome sight on the sea front, as would many of the overseas military and UK military next year.

Surprised the IAC didn't take the 139 down as it was at the RIAT the weekend before. Not as if they had to rush it back to ireland for anything !
