My impression was that those were ailerons & a rudder... think solar panels might be less disturbing.

Would really like to know what sort of emergency those red lights would indicate!
Lights up when the engine starts to rotate I hope....!

Anyone remember the Nigerian version, "Honda-copter" also a great build
