Any Helicopter training facilities in Abu Dhabi?

As above. Simple.

Other than Abu Dhabi Aviation! Heard awful things about this place.
Don't wish for a discussion on ADA's reputation, I'm just after any info on Helicopter training facilities around the area.

Many thanks in advance :-)

Mmmm ...

Simple answer .... NO! unless you are an operational pilot employed by one of the excellent companies there.

There is however a training school in Al Ain

Only one is Horizon, and if you have any sense then that is where it should stay, somewhere on the Horizon

Ned, could you provide more info on Horizon? Is it not recommended to work for? I do remember seeing something on here about them and passport issues but cannot for the life of me find the threads.

Master ... if you want info on Horizon, this forum isnt the place to find it, loads and loads of folk presume alot.
I started the school and there has never been a passport issue? Great blokes work there with loads of experience.
Feel free to PM me if you have any direct questions.

Cheers.
