Cool Cut Show Copters

Hi,

Just a question I saw footage of the R22 Cool Cut Show Copters(I think that was the name). They had smoke attached to the skids and wondering how they approved it or made it work etc?

Thanks

Showcopters were a California based team headed by Jim Cheatham who died in March 2009 (obituary here) - their domain name is now a holding page as is the website of his company Verticare. Plenty of YouTube footage may help you with your question, eg

Thats a shame, my condolences.

Is there no way i could email or contact any other person that was part of the team? It would really help.

It is very sad to hear of the passing away of Jim Cheatham and the demise of his company. For years I have watched his shows on the internet and always wanted to go to the US to watch them perform. I can appreciate his company can never be the same without him.

Gone another Vietnam veteran, what a great loss. RIP.
