After good Casevac stories for course

I am doing some work next week with medics who go off and enjoy(?) themselves working for food on various expeditions to the wilder parts of the globe. My bit is to give them an idea of what to do if they need to bring in a casevac helo. I am up to speed on UK ops but would like some experiences from pilots or medics who have done this for real in these remote spots - what ground support did you need? what ac did you use? What were main probs? How were you called? What was time from call to pick up? what medi kit did you carry (if any) plus any anecdotes. Pics of landing sites / helos would be great. cheers

ps if anyone has a powerpoint already done I shall buy it for several pints!
