Fatal US EMS Crash Provokes Debate



In the wake of a fatal EMS crash last year, a heated debate is occurring about issues surrounding the Fatal Crash which killed three crew members on a dark and foggy night while the aircraft was making a VFR return flight after dropping off a patient.
