The Pacific Helicopter That Mark Burdorf Was Killed On

I was interested to see your post back in 2007 regarding the LBG/Pacific helicopter being operated by Air Serv in Afghanistan. The incident in which Mark Burdorf was shot could have been avoided. I am the lawyer in San Francisco (a kiwi though) who represented the Mark Burdorf estate and yes I am writing a book on that terrible tragedy.
