Currently two theories on the causes of this crash,
- Pilot lost references in dense fog, it had been foggy all morning but weather improved somewhat during the afternoon.
- Some witnesses on the ground said that they heard a loud bang before the helicopter started descending rapidly until it hit the ground.

RIP to all the victims.
