Self-Fly Hire Locations (International List)

Is there a consolidated list of helicopter SFH locations for Europe, US & South Africa? This would be helpful for planning some flying when travelling on holiday or business. Of course for the UK, the annual heli schools supplement (from most of the flying mags) would cover all, or most, possible SFH locations here.

I’m primarily interested in R44 & R22 locations, but I assume 300 and B206 locations would be useful to others. I’ve done some searches, but haven’t found anything useful or comprehensive.

Thanks VeeAny. We have a very good list for the UK. If anyone has a list for Europe, US or South Africa (or other locations) it would be greatly appreciated.

While we're on the subject, anyone have info about helicopter operators in Cabo San Lucas (SJD), at the bottom of the Baja Peninsula ?

There early April for a short trip, was looking for info on operators who'd do let a UK licence holder do 1.0 - 1.5 with an instructor, avoiding all that tedious FAA/Mexican license stuff.

Self Hire locations

Had some friends from South Africa go to Rwanda and do a self hire tour using R44's. Reports were good.

Crowd are called Akagera Aviation.
