Well, I do- alla time. Either nomex with the hospital flightsuit or leather with my fright-instructor kit. When I was a student I started with gloves because my hands sweat (Southern California) and now it just feels funny to not have gloves on while flying. Plus pulling them on reminds me to get my mind into the "pilot" track.
