New 2 seat coaxial from Russia

I have spent most of the past two weeks in Kumertau, Russia. This is where the Kamov 32 and 226 are assembled. Whilst there I was introduced to the team that have developed the two seat “RI 30 Eaglet” coaxial helicopter, and shown around their facility. It now seems that this project is finally coming to something as two flying prototypes (one in military use) can be seen buzzing around the airfield and the final one of three aircraft to be used in Germany for certification is just about complete. Details of the aircraft had to be removed from the company website as they could not cope with all the emails they received but now details can be had from Start: ROTOR International There are a couple of good vidoes on the website and also details of a “executive” version of the helicopter.
