Strange MD 900

On a visit to Oxford the other day, I notice a strange Red White and Blue 900, looked like it was going to paint???

Didn't manage to catch to reg.

Anyone know which one it was?

Former Suffolk County PD MD-900. Saw on Action Aviation's web that it was up for grabs after its Qatar EMS contract.

Nothing unusual about the actual aircraft, just that there are only a handful of private 900's in the UK, and the paint-scheme was not familiar!
