S92 Operator's Asia/Middle East

Hi Gents/Lady’s

First post and a question really for you knowledgeable types out there. I fancy a change of location and I was looking at a move to the Middle East or Asia.

I’m S92 rated and I was wondering who’s operating them? Obviously I’ve meet a few different company’s when at the sim but I’m looking at the bigger picture and T & C’s, housing etc. And maybe some info on who is recruiting would be great. I would be looking for a accompanied post.
Thanks

The ones that I know of are as follows:

Kuwait - Royal Flight

Saudi Arabia - Greystanes (Royal Flight)

CHC - Miri, Sarawak.

Gulf Helicopters (Royal Flight)

Korea - Washington Times Aviation (minus one ship though)

Sth Africa - Starlite has one working there in VIP ops.

Australia - Bristows I think have a couple there.

China - China Eastern have a couple of them, offshore I think.

China Eastern (EGAC) are always looking for suitably qualified crew, Avion Pacific are the contact people. They are operating one 92 and I believe there could be more 92's for China, China Southern (Zhuhai Helicopters) are in the market. PM me for contact details.

Bristows don't have any 92s in Oz, however CHC have one based in Broome.

CHC are advertising for a co-pilot to be based in Sumburgh on their SAR machine.

Maybe not the change of scenery you had in mind though!

S92Monkey - Guessing by the fact that his user name is S92fella and he says he is rated on the type I would say thats why he is asking about the 92

Hi Ned, i got that one.
I fly the 92 myself, and if I was to move to Asia, I would change aircraft at the same time.
If you want to prevent tinitus, and have a long career, stay away from the 92.

S92-Monkey

Just out of curiosity, and at the risk of introducing thread drift, what type of headsets are you using in the 92?

Why the S92?
Well like most of us, i have flown many types and i enjoy flying the S92. Also another course or recat at the moment doesn't really interest me. And from what i've seen the S92 is flying off the shelves like hot cakes. So if i can stay flying the 92 or monitoring the systems then thats ok by me!
Its a great aircraft in my opinion.............
