any recommendations for a good all inclusive book on the B206 and S76 ?

The 'Bell 206 Book' (by our very own Phil Croucher) is about as good as it gets for the B206:

Pilot Training & Ground Studies - Electrocution's Aviation Books

You might struggle to find anything specific for the S76 (other than the training manuals).
