old one - camera frame rate matched to rpm...

The latest comment say it all:
the camera and the helo are in sync...a camera shoots in frames per second..and a helo's main rotor goes in rpms..revolutions per minute..or you can count it in seconds..so basically the camera is shooting the rotors in stationary mode because the frames per min and rpms are the same..and if the tail rotor is spinning the mains are..they are drive shaft driven off the gear box in the Russian Hinds engine.
