AS350 Type Rating / PPL(H)

Experts,

I am looking for an FTO with a AS350 (Any variant) to undertake my PPL(H). Having completed military helicopter flying training at DHFS on the AS350BB I would prefer to remain on this aircraft type whilst I am current, rather than "learn" a new aircraft type.

I would be grateful for any pointers to an appropriate FTO. I have had confirmation from the CAA that I only need to complete:

- cross country land-away
- skills test
- 2 exams (performance & aircraft tech)

Thanks in advance!

Fishead

You don't need an FTO, a registered facility will do. Send me a PM.

I believe (!) that Helicentre.com at Liverpool are just such an FTO.

They operate two 350's (a B and a B3) and I'm sure they would be delighted to welcome you and offer you the service you describe!
