RVDT- That "proposed AD" is quite old news. FAA and MD worked together to ensure that all operators had access to the thruster extension and had ample time to install them prior to the AD being issued. The "stick" to ensure operators installed the extensions was the reduction of gross weight if it is not installed. The nice thing is that all acft, even with PW206A, engines can fly at 6500 pounds if ambient conditions will allow and all the componants are proper.
