What are the rules concerning VFR night?

Under JAA regulation. Fully IFR equipped multiengine helicopter with current crew. At night on scheduled routes. On VFR flightplan. Flown on instruments with no visual landmarks. Is that legal? If not then how bad would you say that is?

v2,

It depends where you are and I don't know about Holland.

In the UK our ANO makes it illegal. You can only fly at night IFR or SVFR

In some other European countries VFR at night is possible, but only with limitations, I believe
