Most operators create their own lists, based upon equipment installed, and then have it approved.

If you want a copy of the list in the RFM, send me a PM with your e-mall address and I'll scan it for you when I get back to work on Friday.

Why not just print the one from the manual (or else cut & paste to make your own)...
