Thanks for the advice!
Working as a Television Outside Broadcast Sound Engineer covering mainly sporting events you bump into a lot of different people from all walks of life and last weekend was no different.
Whilst rigging our kit at the British Touring Car Championships at Donington this weekend I got chatting to a pilot who was there working on behalf of the Medical Crew using his companies Squirrel.
Well during the down time inbetween races and as our TV Studio was situated close to the Helipad we got chatting and some of the advice he gave was invaluable, so I would just like to say to Mike (didn't catch his last name-he works for a company based in Romford in Essex), thankyou very much for taking the time to impart some of your professional knowledge to a rookie like myself. He mentioned knowing a few people on here especially Vee Any (Gary) so if anyone knows the said pilot please pass on my thanks to him.
