We use the Vantage Pro2 and a Ceilometer and Vizmeter at the office yet still last nights weather was rather confusing.

Invest 1k in a modern automatic weather station that can transmit a reading of all parameters indoors to your pc, say, every ten minutes (like mine).
Alternatively (and much more cheaply) just go outside and have a look.
